Thank you for
allowing us to rent your lovely villa. It was close enough to get
to all the Disney and other parks but far enough away that you felt
you could escape the 'madness' if you need to relax. We certainly

friendly. I must say the Villa is located in a beautiful
neighborhood with the added bonus of being just a straight
forward drive to the parks and Airport.

hour from Cape Canaveral too, YES we saw the shuttle launch
which was awesome!!!! Everything was exactly as you

located near to Disney World, which is what we wanted....We were
more than pleased with how well the house worked out for us and

good fortune to see the space shuttle take off. Your front yard
was an ideal viewing spot for this event....

Although it has been a few weeks inc we stayed at “Sunshine Palms”,
it’s just now that I’m getting around to saying my thanks. ………….
We had a great time and were most comfortable in your tastefully
decorated villa. Although we were mildly excited about the prospect
of having a private pool on premises, we didn’t expect the enjoyment
we got from that amenity. After long days of walking at the parks,
it was a welcome treat! (The kids rate this as the number 1 fun
event of the vacation). We’ve told everyone who asks that renting a
villa while in Orlando is the way to go. We hope that next time we
plan our next trip down there, “Sunshine Palms” will be available!

in mid-May with some of my company staff members for an event we’re
producing at the Convention Centre on International Drive. I’d much
