- We currently accept checks drawn in US$ from a US$ checking account,
US$ Travelers checks, credit card payments through PayPal and Bank Wire Transfers.
An administration fee of 4% is added to
payments made via credit card.
- Cleaning fee of US$85 applied to all
stays of 5 nights or less
- Minimum stay of 3 nights (price
on application)
- We reserve the right to increase advertised prices without notice.
- Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases.
- The house will be clean on arrival. If you
require a clean during your stay this is available at an extra US$80 per clean
- All bed linen and towels, including pool towels
are provided for your use
- Pool (including spa) heating is
available at a cost of US$170 per week
- Crib and high chair provided free of
charge. Please give advance notice

property
