Prices shown are for the villa per week.

  • All prices inclusive of taxes
  • We currently accept cheques, credit card payments through PayPal and Bank Transfers.  An administration fee of 4% is added to payments made via credit card.
  • Cleaning fee of £50 applied to all stays of 5 nights or less
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights (price on application)
  • We reserve the right to increase advertised prices without notice.
  • Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases.
  • The house will be clean on arrival.  If you require a clean during your stay this is available at a an extra £50 per clean
  • All bed linen and towels, including pool towels are provided for your use
  • Pool (including spa) heating is available at a cost of £95 per week
  • Crib and high chair provided free of charge.  Please give advance notice
  • Sunshine Palms is designated a non-smoking property
