Welcome to Sunshine Palms - Our House Near 'the' Mouse

Welcome!  Our villa, Sunshine Palms is just 8 miles from Disney and close to Orlando's many attractions. 

Highly maintained, our modern single storey air conditioned home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites).  It can sleep up to 10 + a baby.  There's cable TV with many HD channels available (including the 4 HDTVs in the bedrooms) whilst there's a home theater system (theatre to our English readers!) with an iPod dock in the family room.  Enjoy the space of 2 living areas - family room and lounge, plus the 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, and don't forget your own relaxing private south facing pool and spa.

Yet more is provided for a great vacation.  A PC, Wi-Fi, free phone calls (including international), BBQ grill, a Games Room and PS2.  For our very young guests we have baby and toddler equipment.  And being close to so many golf courses we have a set of RAM golf clubs.

With beautiful sub-tropical palm tree lined roads, Glenbrook, our small community, has its own Clubhouse with yet more for you to use and enjoy free of charge - tennis, gym, games room (air hockey/pool), children's play area, DVD Library, lake fishing and there's even a shuttle bus that can be requested for the local attractions (small fee payable). 

Our home is within walking distance to a supermarket, Walgreens and CVS.  It's close to banks, Wal-Mart, Super Target and Publix food stores, the post office, opticians, a walk-in medical centre as well as a variety of restaurants and take outs. (Our guests have walked to Santa Fe, the local steakhouse). Famous shopping areas, such as Orlando Premium Outlets, Prime Outlets International, Florida Mall and Mall at Millennia are all within easy reach.
